This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in real estate sales and team management. As Sales Head, you will be responsible for setting strategies, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the JVC market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and developers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to improve business growth.

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including client meetings, deal negotiations, and closing.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, particularly JVC and surrounding areas.

  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and deliver measurable results.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Valid UAE Real Estate license.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies.
